About the ComicTech Magazine is a weekly comic strip, updated (almost) every Sunday. I'd do it more often, but there's just not enough time. The first edition was officially published on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000, although it first appeared on the web about two weeks earlier. Had to have time to get a few strips ahead.
About the AuthorDavid Gatwood writes developer docs at Apple. In his spare time, he plays trombone in the UCSC Wind Ensemble, composes music for symphonic band, writes cheesy love songs, and does kernel coding for The MkLinux Project.David has an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Communications (broadcasting track) and Computer Science (programming track). He is the recipient of numerous regional and national awards in music and television production, including the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences National Trustees Scholarship.
